The EQ-i and EQ-360 are based on the work of Dr. Rueven Bar-On and measure 15 'EQ Competencies' that influence your ability to manage yourself, others and the daily demands and pressures that you face.

The MSCEIT is based on the work of Dr's Mayer, Salovey, and Caruso and measure your actual performance in their 'Four Branch Model of Emotional Intelligence': Identifying Emotions, Using Emotions, Understanding Emotions, Managing Emotions.

Steps to assess your Emotional Intelligence:

1) Choose from one of the 3 possible assessments of Emotional Intelligence (if you choose the EQ-360, you take the EQ-i and your raters take the EQ-360 and all results are combined into one report).
2) Fill in the form below and submit.
3) You will receive an invoice which is payable by PayPal or check or money order by post or we can call you by telephone to obtain your credit card number.
4) Once payment has been received, you will receive instructions on how to take the web-based assessment and a Consent Form.
5) Once you have completed the assessment, you will be contacted to arrange a 45 minute telephone debrief.
